Overview

24 Hour Home Care is hiring providers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes.

Assignments available in: greater West Los Angeles area, including Long Beach, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Torrance, Cerritos and Los Angeles (90045,90034) in Westchester and Beverlywood areas. Afterschool and weekend availability a plus.

Schedule:

 

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • After school
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability

 

COVID-19 considerations:

All Caregivers are required to have or be willing to receive the COVID 19 Vaccination and Booster unless otherwise has an exemption (religious and/or medical).

Ability to commute/relocate:

 

  • West Los Angeles, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

 

Experience:

 

  • Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

 

Shift availability:

 

  • Day Shift (Required)
  • Night Shift (Required)

Expected CA pay range for this position is $15.50 to $20/hour

 

Work Location: One location

Responsibilities

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Personal care, meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders and light housekeeping
  • Follow client care plan and provide updates as needed

Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to comply with local and/or federal regulations regarding COVID-19 vaccination
  • Two references
  • Proof of negative TB test - If you need it, we’ll pay for it!
  • CPR and First Aid Certification – Reimbursement available!
  • ID compliant with I-9 requirements
